Omni’s Stay Together program guarantees connecting rooms when you book direct. Its own words: connecting rooms are guaranteed, with no calling ahead and no hoping on arrival. It’s the boldest promise in the category.
How to book it
Book direct on omnihotels.com (or by phone), choose your dates, and select the Stay Together option. Omni operates its own resorts — about 51 of them, weighted toward US leisure and golf destinations — which is exactly why it can promise this outright: it controls the rooms. The promise is strong; the fine print is missing. On its own page, Omni does not publish:
- the price — a per-night charge is reported to exist, but Omni doesn’t state it up front;
- which of its ~51 resorts take part;
- what happens if the rooms aren’t connecting when you arrive.
So confirm the details when you book, and get the guarantee in writing on your reservation.
